Saison Hospitality Culinary Director Chef Paul Chung and team have been busy building upon Angler’s ethos of live fire cooking and pristine seafood to reimagine a new menu celebrating the rich cultural influences of Los Angeles.
The space also received a refreshed look and feel with a greater emphasis on the bar and lounge, creating a social dining experience and expanding the spectrum of ways to dine with us.

The menu honors fire + smoke, courtesy of our open hearth. We are committed to sourcing from a select group of fisherman, hunters, gatherers, ranchers, and farmers who produce the highest quality products.


Angler Los Angeles is a creation of the Michelin-starred team behind Saison and Angler in San Francisco. The space has recently undergone a transformative design shift, including a new entrance on La Cienega and more intimate dining room vignettes.
